Amped Crypto Bridge

This Privacy Policy explains what information Amped Crypto Bridge (the "App"), operated by Amped Fabrication & Waterjet LLC ("Amped"), handles and how. The App is used only internally by Amped with Amped's own QuickBooks Online company and NOWPayments account.

1. Information the App handles

• From QuickBooks Online: invoice ID and number, invoice balance and amount, the customer reference on the invoice, the invoice customer memo, the private note, and the "Accept crypto" custom field value. It also handles the payment records the App creates, which include the amount, the reference number, the linked invoice, and the deposit account.
• From NOWPayments: invoice ID and payment link, payment ID, payment status, and amounts and currencies paid.
• Connection credentials: QuickBooks OAuth access and refresh tokens and the NOWPayments API keys.

The App does not collect or store credit card or bank card data, passwords for customer accounts, or crypto wallet private keys.

2. How it is used

Information is used only to create crypto payment links for Amped invoices and to record completed payments in Amped's QuickBooks Online books.

3. Storage and security

Records of linked invoices, processed payment IDs, and a short activity log are stored only in a state file on Amped's own server, with file access restricted to the App. QuickBooks tokens and API keys are kept server-side only. They are never sent to browsers or included in invoices. All connections to QuickBooks and NOWPayments use HTTPS.

4. Sharing

Amped does not sell, rent, or share this information. Data is exchanged only between Amped's server, Intuit QuickBooks Online, and NOWPayments, and only as needed to perform the functions above. NOWPayments receives the invoice amount and reference needed to create a payment link.

5. Retention

Records are kept as long as needed for Amped's bookkeeping. The activity log keeps only the most recent entries. Accounting records in QuickBooks are kept under Amped's normal record-keeping practices.

6. Revoking access

QuickBooks access can be revoked at any time in QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps (or Apps → My apps), by choosing Amped Crypto Bridge and selecting Disconnect. When access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working.

7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
