Amped Crypto Bridge
Effective date: November 2, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Amped Crypto Bridge (the "App"), a private software integration owned and operated by Amped Fabrication & Waterjet LLC ("Amped", "we", "us").
The App is built for and licensed solely for Amped's internal business use, to connect Amped's own QuickBooks Online company with Amped's own NOWPayments account. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to any other person or company. No license is granted to anyone other than Amped and its authorized staff.
When enabled on an invoice, the App creates a cryptocurrency payment link through NOWPayments, adds that link to the invoice, and records a payment in QuickBooks Online when NOWPayments confirms the payment is complete.
Authorized users may not copy, resell, sublicense, or provide the App to third parties, or use it to access any QuickBooks company other than Amped's.
The App relies on Intuit QuickBooks Online and NOWPayments. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. Amped is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Access can be revoked at any time in QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps (or Apps → My apps), by choosing Amped Crypto Bridge and selecting Disconnect.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the App.
Amped may stop operating or change the App at any time. This Agreement ends when the App is disconnected or retired.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Chelan County, Washington.
